Agency Availability We offer a streamlined, automated intake process so court-ordered visits can begin without administrative delays.

• Operating Hours: Sundays (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Mondays (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM), and Tuesdays (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

• Session Minimum: All in-person client visitations require a strict minimum duration of two hours. Shorter blocks are not accommodated.

• Court-Ready Documentation: Factual, objective observational field logs are maintained for every session and are available for subpoena in Pima County court proceedings.

The Meridian "Zero-Contact" Standard Backed by professional experience in high-level security and conflict observation, our agency is built to handle high-tension family court cases with absolute operational discipline. We eliminate the physical tension and parking lot disputes that plague standard exchanges.

• Staggered Arrivals: 15-minute staggered arrival and departure windows are strictly enforced.

• Vehicle Check-In: Parents must remain in their vehicles upon arrival and are dispatched via text message.

• Total Separation: We enforce strict zero physical and visual contact between co-parents at all times.

Parent Code of Conduct & Service Agreement Meridian Oversight LLC enforces the following operational, safety, and financial policies. By submitting an intake application, clients agree to strictly adhere to these terms:

1. Operational Schedule & Booking Services are conducted exclusively on Sundays (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Mondays (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM), and Tuesdays (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM). All visitations and safe exchanges must be scheduled via the Agency's online portal at least 72 hours in advance. No walk-ins or same-day appointments are permitted.

2. Zero-Contact & Staggered Arrival Protocols

• The Custodial Parent (or bringing party) must arrive exactly fifteen (15) minutes PRIOR to the scheduled start time.

• The Visiting Parent must arrive at the EXACT scheduled start time.

• The Visiting Parent will depart first at the end of the session. The Custodial Parent will depart fifteen (15) minutes later.

• Upon arrival at the designated community location, both parents must remain inside their vehicles and check in via text message. Parents are strictly prohibited from approaching the exchange area until instructed by the monitor.

• Parents are strictly prohibited from interacting with, speaking to, gesturing at, or remaining within visual range of the co-parent at any time.

3. 15-Minute Late Forfeiture Policy If a parent arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late for a scheduled session, the visit is automatically FORFEITED and canceled for the day. Any fees paid for a forfeited session remain non-refundable.

4. Mandatory Supervision Rules The monitor must be able to see and hear all interactions. Whispering, passing uninspected notes/gifts, or speaking in a language not understood by the monitor is prohibited. Parents must not discuss court proceedings, legal matters, or adult topics with the child(ren).

5. Fees & Non-Refundable Policy The $49.00 intake fee is non-refundable once processed. Any cancellation or rescheduling request requires a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours advance written notice to avoid forfeiture of session fees.
