As Founder and Director, Dajon Williams built the agency entirely around a child-first philosophy, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of the child is the absolute priority during every supervised session.

Drawing on a professional background in high-level security, safety enforcement, and conflict observation, Dajon brings the operational discipline required to maintain strict boundaries. By enforcing zero-contact protocols between co-parents and managing highly structured, two-hour minimum visits, he acts as a protective buffer. This approach shields the child from parking lot disputes or lingering tension, allowing them to focus entirely on being a kid.
